We are are pleased to welcome a new addition to the family. Robbie Zev Ludwick is now on board full time as our Head Repairman and Shop Manager. He comes to us with years of experience in customer service and has completed a 3.5 year apprenticeship with L. Dalton Potter earning him the status of Journeyman Luthier. Robbie's attention to detail and passion for music and his craft, really enhances our shop. Robbie is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter playing most string instruments including Banjo, Bass, Fiddle, Guitar, and Mandolin so he fully understands the needs and special requests of musicians. Customer comfort and satisfaction are at the top of his priorities and one quickly recognizes his easy going nature. He brings along with him a network of Luthiers which has enabled our acquisition of exclusive European instruments and Luthier's tools. Please do not hesitate to call us and pick his brain whether it be a technical instrument or accessory question, or just a musical point of view.
